TASK 3

My final presentation that I have produced will look into the outcome of the research and what we have decided to do for the product as shown below in the power-point slides: 


Slide #1 (Introduction)

This slide mainly will focus on introducing the topic and what the presentation will be about. To make sure that the presentation is formal I will need to insure when speaking that I keep good eye contact. In addition to this I will also need to insure that I introduce the topic and myself, brief summary of what presentation consists of.

Notes 

• Introduce myself to the individuals and also the topic heading
• Provide a brief summary of what the presentation will look at and what will be based on.

This will be something like "I will be discussing the decisions our group has based on the research I have collected and also from other team members."

Slide #2 (OUR GROUP IDEA & DEVELOPMENT)

This slide looks into our group idea and the development to reach the decisions for Zeus Sport as our product, within this section of the presentation I have include clip art to make the slide more appealing, with key subheading to know what to be said and also a print screen from the mood-board annotated in our ideas and images as its representation.

Notes 

• Discuss the ideas that we thought for our production and also who's ideas we based it on. 
• Point out the mood-board to individuals and go through the ideas we had for our production in our advertisement and what we want to include 
• Go through the mood-board stage by stage, this allowing our group idea to become clear to the viewers. 

Slide #3 (RESULTS AND DECISIONS ON THE PRODUCT)

This slide looks into our group decisions based on our results, this includes the pie charts and graphs from our research. It includes bullet point for the decision that we as a group selected on from the support of our primary research and also the secondary research. 
Notes - Discuss the bullet points and reasons for them, make sure to include both primary and secondary research and the decision resulting for our product.


Slide #4 (PRODUCTION COSTS)

This slide within the presentation looks at the production costs for Zeus sport from the research used as shown below: 

For this section of the presentation I will need to make sure that I go through the budgets and when doing so justify why the price is set to the that budget from the research. From this stage specifically go through the subheading and explain the decisions of place and cost for them.

Slide #5 (REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION)

This slide looks into the requirements for the production, this including the following aspects such as the props required and the costumes required, Production list of equipment's needed and also the post production lists for our production. 

Notes 

• Take about the props that will be needed for the production and why will be using them, make reference to mis-en-scene and complementing the theme. 
• Costumes type and reason to it and make sure reference to overall message being portrayed is included
• Production list for equipment to be added in, this being the use of camera's, tripod etc 
• Post Production list includes Software for editing video and sound 
• For both of the lists include the reasons for the selected hardware or software. 

Slide #6 (LOCATIONS)

In this slide for the presentation it will look into the locations for the production, this being in Sidney Stringer Academy and the sport facilities that will be used. Within this slide their is support in the use of clip art and images of the locations in Sidney Stringer Academy that we as a group will be recording in as shown below:

Notes

• Discuss the decision we made on selecting Sidney Stringer Academy of our choice in recording and where we will be recording. 
• Also discuss about previous research on Alan Higgs Sport Center and our decision to opt in Sidney Stringer Academy rather than Alan Higgs Sport center. 

Slide #7 (ACTOR PROFILES)

This slide goes over the actors within our production, this being both Gift and Daniel and their profiles for them as shown below:

Notes 

• Introduce the heading and inform the viewers to the presentation of the two actors name and their roles. 
• Briefly go through their actor profiles and discuss why they are suited to the roles that they have been appointed to. 

Slide #8 (CREW & PRODUCTION ROLES)

This slide goes over the crew of our group and our production roles within the group as shown below: 

Notes - For this slide simple go over the bullet points and discuss group members roles within the group. 

Slide #9 (Target Audience) 

This section of my presentation looks into the decisions from the research completed for the target audience, it looks into the different aspects as shown below:  

Notes - Go over the bullet points from the slide and make sure to include the research that lead to the decision for the target audience. Make sure to include both secondary and primary research that lead to this decision for the group. 

Slide #10 (OUR UNIQUE SELLING POINT)

This section in our presentation looks at our unique selling point for the product, it also include our product this being the Zeus Sport energy drink on the right hand side and clip art to make the slide more appealing as shown below:

Notes:

• Take about our unique selling point, and how we decided upon this from any research to support the decision 
• Also talk about the long term decisions for the development in Zeus Sport Unique selling point from research.  (Make sure to talk about the books and the flavors that can be included)

Slide #11 (OUR ADVERTISEMENT)

THIS FINAL SLIDE HAS OUR ADVERTISEMENT FOR VIEWERS TO LOOK AT AND THEN FROM THIS WE JUST SIMPLE ASK FOR ANY FEEDBACK THEY HAVE FOR OUR PRODUCT AND THE ADVERTISEMENT ITSELF.
